Are you thinking about becoming a member of our Trailblazing sorority? We’re excited to let you know that membership is by INVITATION ONLY, and it all kicks off with our Rush and Learn event. We’d love for you to reach out with any questions you might have about joining us!
This is a fantastic chance to learn more about our Sorority, our fun social events, and how you can get involved by volunteering and giving back.
Attending our events is the perfect way to see if our sisterhood feels like the right fit for you! Just fill out the “Contact Us” form for your local chapter, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with all the details. We can’t wait to hear from you!
Rush and Learn
To join Lambda Kappa Omega, both locally and nationally, we invite you to attend a Rush and Learn event! This event is a fantastic opportunity to discover more about our organization, including our exciting plans and projects, as well as the membership requirements and fees. Don’t worry—attending a Rush and Learn doesn’t mean you’re committing to join; it just shows your interest in learning more about us. Plus, at the end of the meeting, you’ll have the chance to pick up an application if you’re ready to take the next step.
Our applications aren't open to the public just yet! We believe it's important for you to have all the details you need to make a well-informed decision—beyond what you might find on social media or our website. Lambda Kappa Omega could be a wonderful fit for you, but we totally understand that timing is everything. We want to make sure that you don't accidentally spend money on an application if you can't move forward. We appreciate your interest and look forward to connecting with you!
Membership Process
Our membership process includes engaging meetings where you’ll learn all about our history, mission, and the wonderful foundation of our sorority. After these informative sessions, there will be a test (don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’re prepared!) followed by a heartfelt induction ceremony to welcome you into our sisterhood.
We believe in creating a safe and positive experience for everyone. Hazing is any action or situation that might put someone’s mental or physical health at risk, or that could lead to humiliation, embarrassment, or ridicule — and that’s just not what we’re about!
To be an active and valued member of Lambda Kappa Omega Sorority, Inc., attending our educational meetings, completing the test, and joining in the induction ceremony are all important steps in your journey with us.

Regardless of the color on the Map, all women are encouraged to apply for membership into Lambda Kappa Omega Sorority, Inc.

Breaking into these areas has been challenging, so if you currently live in one of these states, please use the link below to reach out to the VP of Expansion.
